What's the best thing between two slices of bread?

Bologna, not the cheap Oscar Meyer stuff, good bologna ... and cream cheese. My mom used to make sandwiches like that when I was a kid, or just roll up some cream cheese inside a slice of bologna. Love it. Craved it when I was pregnant. If there's no access to good bologna then Genoa salami will suffice.
