What prevents your city/town from being the best place in the country to live?

There's so much to love about the weekend, but we want to know: What's your LEAST favorite thing about it?

The end. I've got a nice four day weekend, thanks to having a toddler and working part-time and I always hate to see it end. Course this time of year in a school is stressful and that could be part of it. I just enjoy having more freedom to get done things that we need to and play and relax and all that.

Who is the best deceased musician/singer?

I LOVED Rich Mullins and was very sad to see him go when I was in college. He's written some great songs.

What three things do you regret not learning to do?

I sincerely wish I learned Spanish and while taking French in high school was great and I really liked my French teacher, the little I know in French doesn't do me much good.

I also like to learn more about home projects whenever I can, and car repair, though the home repair/remodeling is probably more my speed than car repair. (That's a horridly written sentence).

Gardening. I have the blackest thumb ever, and living in a desert-type local doesn't help much.

Thankfully, these are all things I can do something about, though Spanish is probably not something I'll be able to work on learning for a while and the one I'll struggle with the most if I ever try.

Have you ever walked out of a movie?

Yes. I believe the movie was called Arlington Road. The intro was a boy holding his hand, bleeding, limping down a street. I should have known right then to get up and leave, but Andy really wanted to see the movie and his parent's said it was a good movie, so I stayed. After maybe 1/3 to 1/2 the movie I left Andy to finish the movie and I walked around the mall. I just don't do movies where awful things happen to kids.

If money didn't matter, what job would you most like to have?

This is kind of a dumb question. If money didn't matter, I wouldn't have a job. I'd just travel and visit people (family and friends ... go wherever the weather was nice) and play video games, and read and stuff like that.

How are you a better person today than you were ten years ago?

Certainly hope so! But I don't know how much I've really changed in the last ten years.

What brings out your competitive nature?

The Wii Fit, I just want to have the highest scores and don't like it when Andy ... or Stephan with "help" ... get something better than me. Makes me want to keep playing to get better.

That and pretty much any game. I like to win. Though I'm not crazy about winning when I play with kids. I'd much rather they have success ... most of the time ;)

What's the best thing between two slices of bread?

Bologna, not the cheap Oscar Meyer stuff, good bologna ... and cream cheese. My mom used to make sandwiches like that when I was a kid, or just roll up some cream cheese inside a slice of bologna. Love it. Craved it when I was pregnant. If there's no access to good bologna then Genoa salami will suffice.

I can't say, but I really love his game for the Wii.
