I LOVE MONET. My favorite artist hands down. Love looking at his paintings and am thankful I was able to see an extended collection of his art once at the Art Institue of Chicago. Have a few prints/posters. My favorite paintings are the water lilies. About the only thing I love more or equally are Chagall's stained glass windows, also at the AI in Chicago. Could sit in front of these for hours if the people I went with would let me :) Too bad we don't have anything quite as exciting at the DAM, though the new building is a crazy bit of art all by itself. (That's the Denver Art Museum in case you were curious.)

Was he really this small? Did he seriously fit inside my bulging belly? If so, when did my precious newborn babe become a rambunctious toddler?
He grew up right before my very eyes. While I may not wonder as often, "Where did you come from?" I still on occasion look at him playing and wonder if this little blessing truly belongs to me. What a gift from God!

Assuming this is supposed to be music:
I've always loved this song. He'll always be there, no matter what, what an engouraging and uplifting thought!
Show us how you keep yourself entertained.
This is only one of several ways but I had a picture. My most current DS addiction is Cooking Mama. A fairly basic game but there are a few cooking techniques that I'm only "good" at and need to figure out the "trick" to gain a "very good" rating. I like that it's simple, makes it something that's good to help me relax and unwind before bedtime. I also like Brain Age & BA2, Uno/SkipBo, Tetris, and pretty much any puzzle or card game. I've got others but they don't get played as often since I hate having to beat bosses to move on in a game I always get stuck and then end up discarding it for something else.
Other things I do to keep entertained: read, make Stephan laugh, watch movies or TV, blog (but that should be a given based solely on the number of posts on Vox), and I love to shop. My hubby and I also broke out SingStar Pop tonight. We replaced our dying PS2 with the new PS2/SingStar Pop bundle. That game was a lot of fun. I'm not too good and don't know most of the songs very well but we had fun making fools of ourselves in front of Stephan who just wanted to hold the microphone (and put it in his mouth and cry if we took it away so we could attempt to sing a duet). Might have to invite over some friends and have some more fun!
Show us a holiday craft.
We made ornaments at MOPS this week. My semi-sad attempt at creativity. I'm better at scrapbooking. The glass bulbs I just decorated with ribbon and other mini ornaments. The bigger ball is a styrofoam ball that I pinned hundreds of little strips of triangular folded paper to. It was fun.

I made this blanket for my friend's little girl. She was about 5 months old at the time. I had just gotten a sewing machine for my birthday and this was my first project. Hannah loves this blanket. She still uses it and it's her favorite. She's four now. Apparently it was her security item of choice and she took it everywhere. One of these days I want to make one for her little sister whose about 6 months old now and I'd also like to make a blankie for Stephan. I really need to dust off that sewing machine and get some material.

Not their best album, I so far only really like the title track. I got the bonus album from Family Christian that has some extra songs and on one of the live tracks there's a random guitar oops. You'd think they'd pick the best live cut, not one with some iffy vocals and apparently a bad band. I also still getting used to the new group, but the last album was better.
To also answer a previous question, this is probably the only group where I own all the albums. There might be a few others but I've collected everything POG since high school and have been to two concerts. I have pictures with the band and two albums signed by the group. I also have one of their devotionals. I was sad when Terry left the group.
